Animated wallpaper for XP ,using DesktopX

Tiggz the innovator, has struck again. He used DX to assemble an animated wallpaper.(It's sweet) I thought it deserved a little time in the limelight.

Top notch thinking from a top notch skinner. I hope more XP folks follow this lead.

The whole concept of mine for this was to be a "working" and animated wallpaper. It was even before dreamscape and stuff like that.
